ABB's high-speed collaborative robot built on the industrial IRB 1100 platform: 4 kg payload, TCP speed above 5 m/s and 0.01 mm repeatability. A safety laser scanner with SafeMove software automatically slows the robot when a person approaches — industrial pace without permanent fencing. For lines where regular cobots are simply too slow.
