Privacy policy

This document describes how Nexum Autonomous Robotics processes personal data of visitors to nexum-autonomous.com and people who submit enquiries through forms. Plain language — no legal jargon.

  1. 01

    Data controller

The data controller is Nexum, the operator of this website. All data-processing requests go to info@nexum-autonomous.com.

  2. 02

    What we collect

From forms: name, chosen contact channel (email, phone or messenger), contact details, message text and answers to the 5-question audit (if completed). Technical data at the moment of submission — IP address and User-Agent (spam protection). If you accept cookies in the banner, we additionally collect anonymous usage statistics: page views, clicks, referral source, device and browser type, and in Yandex.Metrica — session recording (Webvisor): mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. Without your consent no analytics is loaded.

  3. 03

    What we use it for

Form data — to respond to enquiries, prepare commercial proposals, support deals through closing and provide service afterwards. Analytics data — to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising effectiveness. We don't run marketing email campaigns without a separate opt-in, and we don't sell your data.

  4. 04

Subject's consent (the act of submitting the form) and legitimate interest for follow-up commercial communication tied to the requested service. Consent can be withdrawn at any time — see “Subject rights”.

  5. 05

    Who we share with

Inside the Nexum group structure (4 jurisdictions — UAE, Hong Kong, mainland China, Belarus) — between team members handling the enquiry. We don't sell your data and don't pass it to ad networks for their own purposes. OEM manufacturers receive only anonymised technical specs (area, volume, timeline) — never personal data.

  6. 06

    Where we store

Application data is stored in the CMS, CRM and corporate email systems used by Nexum to handle incoming requests. Access is limited to staff and contractors working on the specific request. Specific providers and storage regions are disclosed on request.

  7. 07

    Retention period

3 years from the last contact on the enquiry. After that — data is deleted automatically. For closed deals — 7 years, in line with tax and financial reporting requirements of the contracting jurisdiction.

  8. 08

    Subject rights

The right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, port your data and withdraw consent at any time. Requests go to info@nexum-autonomous.com, response within 30 calendar days.

  9. 09

    Cookies and analytics

Functional cookies (always): chosen language, CSRF protection and remembering your cookie choice. Analytics cookies (only after your consent in the banner): Google Analytics 4 and Yandex.Metrica, including Webvisor — recording of on-page actions (mouse, scrolling, clicks). Additionally, Vercel Analytics provides anonymous, cookieless visit statistics. Until you click Accept in the cookie banner, no analytics tools load; you can decline consent or later withdraw it by clearing cookies — the site keeps working.

  10. 10

    Contact for data requests

All data-processing requests — info@nexum-autonomous.com. If a response is not received within 30 days, please escalate to the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

  11. 11

    Policy changes

For material changes we notify active contacts by email. Minor edits (typos, rewording) are made without notice. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
