Project office
Single owner of schedule, budget, risks, meeting minutes, production status, payments, delivery and acceptance.
Nexum runs large projects end-to-end — from the initial audit and technical brief to supply, integration, commissioning, staff training and service support. We combine an engineering base in China, vetted OEM partners and a managed project loop for the CIS and UAE markets.
Heavy industry and large civil state-owned production — where downtime is costly, reliability and integration requirements are strict, and a project runs for months under NDA.
Generation and grids: inspection, monitoring and facility upkeep.
Upstream, refining, storage: patrol and infrastructure inspection.
Plants and rolling mills: inter-shop movement, warehouse logistics, control.
Production and storage: movement, inventory, monitoring of harsh environments.
Quarries and processing: transport, inspection, accounting.
Terminals and hubs: AGV/AMR, zone-to-zone movement, inventory.
Assembly and machining: manipulators, conveyor integration, quality control.
Large civil state enterprises: automation to regulations and standards.
Not “sold and gone” — a full cycle from the first floor measurement to the signed handover. Project management on our side, engineering — ours plus Chinese OEM partners.
Floor survey, operations analysis, process simulation, techno-economic study. The signed brief becomes a contract appendix.
Robots + conveyors + sorters + WMS + safety systems. Not one manufacturer — an optimal mix: Geek+ for AGVs, Pudu for HoReCa, Damon or Libiao for sortation, etc.
Equipment-to-equipment, plus integration with the client's ERP/WMS/BMS. Network and signal cabling, protocol setup, commissioning with real data.
Controlled go-live, operator and shift-lead training, local certification, document handover, service contract for steady-state operation.
Seven high-level milestones of a custom project. Durations are for mid-scale projects ($1—3M).
Floor survey, process modelling, techno-economic study. Fee $5K — $30K depending on scale. The signed brief becomes the contract foundation.
Seven high-level milestones. Durations are for mid-scale projects ($1—3M). The detailed 14-step map with owners, artifacts and durations — on the “How we work” page.
Open How we work →The client gets a single point of project control, not dozens of scattered contacts in China. We cover communication, technical verification, commercial control and readiness for operation.
Single owner of schedule, budget, risks, meeting minutes, production status, payments, delivery and acceptance.
Solution architecture, component compatibility, site requirements, FAT/SAT and technical tolerances.
Support on equipment, configuration, software, spare parts and warranty matters.
Client staff training, maintenance procedures, consumables list, emergency scenarios and a clear escalation line.
Manufacturer reference cases. Delivered by Chinese integrators and equipment owners on home turf — not Nexum's own projects. Figures are from public sources. For your site, the goal is to reproduce the same class of solution with local integration and service.
Full cycle from design to handover. Per public integrator data — order-of-magnitude picking acceleration and significant manual-labour reduction. One of the largest AS/RS complexes in Northern China.
Final assembly automation for electric vehicles. Per public industry data — reduced cycle time and lower defect share. Multi-vendor supply with integration into the existing MES.
Combined AGVs (Quicktron), sorters (Honeywell), WMS and packing lines. Per public data — order-of-magnitude reduction in order-sorting time after integration.
Port automation class: autonomous container carriers, zone-to-zone logistics, dispatching. Per operator public data — higher throughput and a sharp drop in manual labour at the quay.
Heavy-industry logistics class: moving billets and materials, warehouse accounting, removing people from hot and hazardous zones. Per public industry data — fewer manual operations and incidents.
The financial structure is built around risk control: deposit, milestones, factory acceptance, shipping, installation, final handover and the service period.
Indicative split — 20—30% prepayment for batch procurement, 40—50% by production and factory-acceptance milestones, 20—30% on commissioning. The final structure is agreed per deal and fixed in the contract.
A possible mechanism for large projects. Conditions (release milestones, documents, issuing bank) are agreed with the client's bank and contract jurisdiction. We don't offer a universal scheme — each deal is structured individually.
Client's choice across four jurisdictions — UAE, Hong Kong, mainland China, Belarus. Each with its own currencies, banking requirements and compliance regime.
On large projects we can connect leasing partners in the client's country. Availability and conditions depend on the country, currency and current banking relationships; discussed at the technical-brief stage.
