§ PARTNERS · 20264 TRACKS · ONE QUALITY LOOP
Partners · 4 tracks · one quality loop

The loop growsthrough partners.

We are not building a monopoly — we are building infrastructure, and it has room for those who work the same way: integrators with real engineers, agents with industry access, factories with a product and chains with property portfolios. The four tracks below are four honest models that state who brings what and who gets what.

01 · Partnership models

Who are you in the loop —pick your track.

Switch the track and the panel reassembles: what you bring, what we provide, how the partnership works and what the first step is.

What you bring
  • Hands-on engineers: electronics, diagnostics, field visits across your region
  • A storage point for a partner mini-stock of spare parts
  • Willingness to get trained and work by our service playbooks
What we provide
  • Free certification and engineer training on real machines
  • A stream of maintenance contracts and field jobs in your region
  • Spare parts at partner prices + our 24/7 second line
  • Joint commissioning: we run the first project together

02 · Support bus

What standsbehind every partner.

A partner is never alone with the deal: every track plugs into the shared execution infrastructure. Six modules are attached to every project by default.

M·01 Presale

Engineer & proposal

Calculation and commercial proposal for a registered lead — within 24–48 hours.

M·02 Delivery

Logistics & customs

4 jurisdictions; contracts in rubles, dirhams or yuan — shaped around the partner's deal.

M·03 Launch

Joint commissioning

We run the first project together: our engineer on site, risks on our side.

M·04 Spares

Stock & reserve

Guangzhou warehouse + partner mini-stocks; partner prices on spare parts.

M·05 Second line

24/7 support

Remote diagnostics behind your first line — engineers on call around the clock.

M·06 Training

Certification $0

Engineer training on real machines. Free — and mandatory.

03 · Rules of the game

Four rulesthat trust is built on.

01

We don't compete with a partner on their leads

Lead registration by email means 90 days of protection, auto-extended while the deal is active. A “whose client is this” dispute is settled by the email date, not by who shouts louder.

02

Everything in writing

Rewards, territories, supply prices and escalation terms live in the partner agreement, not in “an arrangement with the manager”. When terms change, the document changes.

03

Certification is free. And mandatory

Access to spare parts, the second line and partner prices opens only after training. That is how we protect the client from a botched launch — and your terms from someone else's dumping.

04

Reputation is shared

One failed launch hits the whole network, so we work through hard cases together instead of “you're on your own”. We audit, help and bring in engineers — it's part of the model, not a favor.

Who we don't partner with: Resale without service · Dumping on others' leads · “Grey” import schemes — these models are struck through for a reason.

04 · Path to status

Five stepsto the agreement.

  1. Step 01Day 0

    Application

An email with your profile: who you are, region, team, track record. No forms — five paragraphs are enough.

  2. Step 02Days 1–5

    Call + NDA

We meet, sign an NDA and honestly align expectations on terms and territory.

  3. Step 031–3 weeks

    Vetting & certification

Mutual KYC; for the service track — a tech session and engineer training. Free.

  4. Step 04Per project

    Pilot deal

We run the first project together: our engineer alongside, risks on our side of the loop.

  5. Step 05After the pilot

    Status & agreement

Territory, terms, warehouse and second-line access — in writing, with a revision date.

Ready to talk

Five paragraphs about you —and we reply on substance.

Who you are, your region, team, track record and which track you're interested in. That's enough for the first reply to be specific, not “thanks, we'll be in touch”.
