Robots are just hardware. Until people stand behind them.

Nexum builds the infrastructure that brings robots from Chinese factories and gets them working in warehouses, restaurants and production floors across the CIS and the UAE — sourcing, quality control, logistics, deployment and service in a single loop. We're looking for the people who hold that loop.

Mission

Ten years from now, a robot in a warehouse, a restaurant or a field will be the norm, not the news. That shift is already underway — and someone has to make it manageable.

Between a Chinese factory and a working site there are dozens of points where everything falls apart: the wrong model, a botched integration, missed deadlines, nobody to come out and fix things. Most deployments drop out of the race right there, for no good reason.

Nexum exists so that this journey reaches the finish line. We turn disparate hardware into working autonomy — and raise the bar for an entire region. This isn't work for work's sake. It's infrastructure the region will stand on.

Why join us01 / 06

Six reasons to choose us

What you get here — and almost nowhere else in this niche.

01OWNERSHIP

Real stakes from the start

By your second week you're running a live deal — not a training exercise, but a real client, budget and deadline. There's no year of onboarding: a mentor at your shoulder and room to make mistakes while the stakes are still manageable.

02ACCESS

A factory one email away

We work with manufacturers directly, no middle layers. You see the chain from the inside — how production, procurement and quality control actually work in the places where they really happen.

03SCOPE

Three markets, not one office

The team lives between China, the UAE and the CIS. Travel between offices, different jurisdictions, languages and cultures in your daily work — an exposure no course can buy you.

04VELOCITY

Speed instead of sign-offs

Flat structure. A good idea can become reality in days, not quarters. Fewer layers — more things you have actually shipped.

05LANGUAGE

Language as a working tool

Russian, English, Chinese, Arabic — in use every single day. Here, language and cultural context become a profession, not a line on a CV.

06GROWTH

Growing with the infrastructure

We build for years, not for a one-off deal. Clients come back, projects grow — and so does the role of everyone who runs them.

How we work02 / 06

The principles we live by

Not a poster on the wall — the basis for how we make decisions and hire people.

01

We own the outcome, not the process

The order is yours from the first email to a working site. Not “I did my part” — but “it works at the client's”.

02

A demo costs nothing. Working costs everything

We take things to operation, not to a pretty presentation. Success is measured by what runs on site, not in slides.

03

Honest with the client, honest inside

If a solution won't pay off, we say so plainly — even when it costs us the deal. The same rule applies within the team.

04

Speed and precision, not one or the other

We move fast — but check twice wherever cargo, money and reputation are on the line. Being in a hurry never excuses defects.

You'll do well here if

  • You take a task and see it through, no reminders needed
  • You're comfortable without a detailed brief for every step
  • You enjoy untangling the unfamiliar and learning fast
  • You don't get lost when the clock shows three time zones at once

It's probably not a match if

  • You expect step-by-step instructions for every action
  • You need a year to “settle in” before your first task
  • You hide a problem until it blows up
  • You want a single market and a fully predictable nine-to-five

  • 2+ years in international logistics or foreign trade
